I commissioned Mr. Jacobi for the installation of interior doors. Initially, everything seemed to be going well, everything uncomplicated, quick and at a reasonable price. The installation of the first door was done quickly and neatly. The 2nd door was supposed to be installed after 4 months (delivery time). After several phone calls and another 2 months later, an appointment was made for the installation, to which no one showed up. Phone calls were blocked, and there was no response to text messages. I cannot recommend this company, as I experienced them as extremely unreliable, callbacks do not happen and agreements are not kept.

Very friendly and apparently competent. However, appointment management is very poor, we were never called back contrary to promises. If you follow up, you get more promises. At a later on-site appointment, no one showed up. Apparently, the company fortunately has (too) much to do, so everything is a bit chaotic.
